Hello!
I’m Judy Gielniak, professional career coach and founder of Accomplished Life Coaching and Consulting. I offer career coaching services designed to help clients accomplish goals that drive lasting happiness and success in their work. I believe we all deserve and have the right to enjoy what we do for a living. I also believe that the happiness we feel in our work goes hand-in-hand with the happiness we experience in life.
What I bring to my coaching practice is 30+ years of career success, experience in management positions, prior experience with chronic workplace stress (I've been there!), as well as compassion, understanding, and a strong desire to help people find the happiness and fulfillment they want in work and life.
Before launching my practice, I worked for nearly 14 years at an elite law school holding positions in management and directing operations of a major educational program. I’ve worked through difficulties and have taken huge leaps of faith to follow my dreams. I have successfully addressed career challenges such as finding purpose and overcoming burnout. Not only am I passionate about my work, I’m also driven and committed to excellence, and at the same time have a peaceful, calm approach to coaching.
Coaching and helping others holds incredible meaning for me in my career and it’s a privilege to help others find meaning in theirs.
Career Happiness
The phrase “career happiness” may seem unrealistic and overly optimistic, but happiness really means experiencing more positive feelings than negative. And, who doesn’t want that?
To enjoy sustained happiness at work, you don’t have to land your dream job or earn a big paycheck. You absolutely can if those are your goals, but long-term “career happiness” is really tied less to what you’re doing and more to who you are and why you do it.

Why strive for more happiness?
Employee happiness and job performance go hand-in-hand. Happiness creates a chain reaction—a positive upward spiral—of improved performance and stronger well-being that leads to greater success.
A 2019 study . . .
found that U.S. employees are largely satisfied with their work experience. And yet, 2019 held the record for the most resignations (until the “great resignation” of 2021). People are leaving jobs for a reason. It’s hard to imagine it’s because they’re truly happy in them.
We spend over one-third of our lives working. Let’s do so with increased happiness and greater success.
